About this role

Renaissance seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer II to design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using .NET Core, with React frontend capabilities. You'll work on EdTech solutions serving over one-third of US schools, leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET Core/.NET 5+
  • Implement and consume APIs supporting React-based frontend applications
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests for backend and frontend components
  • Query and work with SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives
