About this role
RF-SMART seeks an experienced QA Automation Engineer II to design and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks across mobile, web, and API layers for supply chain software products. This hybrid Jacksonville role focuses on building robust automation solutions, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive testing efficiency and product reliability.
What you'll do
- Design and implement API test automation for REST, SOAP, and gRPC interfaces
- Develop browser-based automated tests using modern frameworks with cross-browser validation
- Build and maintain mobile app testing solutions including device farm integration
- Create and maintain regression and smoke test suites within CI/CD pipelines
- Identify automation opportunities and prioritize implementation with stakeholders
- Troubleshoot automation failures and ensure high test result reliability

- Test automation (3–5 years experience)
- TypeScript programming
- Playwright or Selenium frameworks
- API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
- Mobile testing frameworks (Appium, Detox)
- CI/CD pipeline integration
