About this role
SharkNinja seeks a Product Developer to manage new product development programs from concept through market launch for the Shark and Ninja brands. This role owns the complete NPD lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver products on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining quality and market competitiveness.
What you'll do
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to bring products to market while managing risks and schedules
- Own all program elements from product ideation through end-of-life management
- Use KPIs and data analytics to inform decision-making across teams
- Identify and mitigate program risks with contingency planning and progress tracking
- Spot and address resource and knowledge gaps within the organization
- Serve as liaison between global and local teams to support business objectives
