About this role

Shield AI seeks a DevOps Engineer to own and optimize the CI/CD pipeline for autonomy, embedded, and ground software systems. You'll scale test execution across containerized and cluster-orchestrated environments while partnering with developers to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate iteration cycles.

What you'll do

  • Own CI/CD systems and infrastructure across autonomy, embedded, and ground software stacks
  • Reduce build/test cycle times and eliminate pipeline bottlenecks to improve developer velocity
  • Scale simulation test execution from single-agent containerized runs to orchestrated cluster deployments
  • Integrate CI pipelines with HIL and simulation environments for automated validation
  • Implement monitoring, dashboards, and alerts for CI/CD health and system performance
  • Automate routine tasks and establish best practices with development teams
