About this role
Together AI is seeking an IT Engineer in San Francisco to provide comprehensive IT support across identity management, device administration, and SaaS platforms for a distributed workforce. The role combines hands-on technical support with infrastructure automation, requiring expertise in Okta, MDM, Google Workspace, and scripting to optimize IT operations and security.
What you'll do
- Resolve Help Desk tickets and provide technical support to in-office and remote employees
- Administer and maintain MDM fleet with macOS and Linux devices using FleetDM
- Manage Okta identity platform, including user administration, group management, and app integrations
- Coordinate hardware procurement, asset tracking, and device lifecycle management
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base content for technical and non-technical users
- Build automation tools and scripts to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency
