Embedded Software Engineer
About this role
Voyager Technologies seeks an Embedded Software Engineer to develop flight-quality software for space avionics systems, working across bare-metal, real-time OS, and embedded Linux platforms. You'll collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to architect solutions, conduct design trade-studies, and deliver production-grade software and documentation.
What you'll do
- Develop, debug, and test embedded software for bare-metal, RTOS, and embedded Linux avionics systems
- Own and contribute to multiple software codebases while collaborating with other engineers
- Perform design trade-studies and select architectures for space avionics software
- Partner with project managers and engineering teams to meet budget and schedule
- Support hardware bring-up activities and develop tools/documentation for system testing
