About this role
Join Wealthfront's Infrastructure team as a DevOps Software Engineer to design and maintain automated infrastructure solutions across data centers and AWS cloud. You'll combine Linux administration with software engineering to empower developers with self-service infrastructure tools while operating with high automation standards.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain infrastructure automation across data centers and AWS environments
- Develop software tools and services using Go and Java to streamline infrastructure operations
- Design systems following DevOps principles that enable developers to build and operate their own systems
- Implement testing, automation, and standardization frameworks for infrastructure operations
- Collaborate on observability and monitoring systems to detect and prevent production issues
- Support both physical infrastructure and cloud-based services with focus on reducing operational toil
